PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational underground investigating system by using a radar for surveying an abnormality in an underground. SOLUTION: This investigation system wherein a pavement manager 10 controlling a pavement requests investigation for the underground of the pavement to an external investigation institution 20, and wherein the institution 20 provides an investigated result to the manager 20 is constituted so that the investigation institution 20 lends or transfers the radar 210 for surveying an abnormality in the underground to the manager 10, the manager 10 surveys the underground of the paved road face using the radar 210 and transmits a data obtained by the investigation to the institution 20, an the investigation institution 20 analyzes the data to grasp an underground condition of the paved road face.
