PURPOSE: A device and method for supplying a voice automatic response service through the Internet is provided to enable a user who uses a mobile phone terminal or a VoIP terminal to connect to the Internet and receive a voice automatic response service without a voice automatic response service by a conventional calling mode. CONSTITUTION: If a user operates a terminal capable of storing and executing a program, and connecting to the Internet using an Internet automatic response service(s111), the terminal operates a stored automatic response program(s112) and outputs a message for requesting a business server selection as a voice(s114). If the user listens to the voice guidance and inputs business server selection data(s116), the terminal outputs a message for requesting a data input necessary for a service provision to a terminal speaker(s211). If the user presses a button of the terminal in accordance with the voice guidance and inputs necessary data(s213), the terminal checks whether the inputted data are valid data(s214). If the inputted data are not valid data, the terminal outputs a data input requesting message voice(s211). If the inputted data are valid data, the terminal checks whether kinds of data necessary for supplying a service are inputted completely(s215). If the kinds of data necessary for supplying a service are not inputted completely, the terminal outputs a data input requesting message voice(s211). If the kinds of data necessary for supplying a service are inputted completely, the terminal transmits the inputted data to the business server through a relay server. The business server executes a service process. If a service processing result is transmitted to the terminal through the relay server, the terminal creates a voice file for guiding the processing result and outputs the created voice file to the speaker.
