PURPOSE: A business method of an electronic competitive bid participation agency is provided to acquire a bid participation qualification, to receive a certificate, to apply for a bid, and to make a contract with a bid placer on behalf of a member. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Members who want to participate in an electronic bid are assembled via an online network or an offline media. The assembled members are classified according to an area, a business category, and a contract money limit. A bidding price is determined via an estimated amount analysis based on data of a corresponding bid placer. The bid is applied for while the determined bidding price and a bid security are offered according to a set bid process. Documents needed for a qualification check process are offered in cooperation with the member. A contract is made if the bid is won.
