The invention is a soap bar holder for the hand providing a firm, non-slip hold. The soap bar has an elastic strap embedded into the bar itself which forms a loop outside and above the bar for the hand to slip under. The user's hand is inserted between the strap and the soap bar, enabling him or her to apply the soap with or without physically grasping it.
