<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special printed matter which is free of bits left after scratching and an increase of manufacturing cost and wherein top secret information data are hard to confirm visually even when they are seen from above, in a state before rubbing with a coin, but are confirmed truly when they are rubbed with the coin. <P>SOLUTION: A white solid printed layer 11 is formed on a paper base 10 out of white printing ink wherein a titanium oxide is dispersed by 20-30 wt.%, and an overprint layer 14 having the top secret information data provided as a cut pattern 20 is formed on the white solid printed layer 11. In the special printed matter 1 thus constituted, the overprint layer 14 is formed of a white overprint varnish prepared by dispersing the titanium oxide of 7-15 wt.% in a transparent overprint varnish. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
