摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp which is suitable to utilize the glass recycled from waste rapid start fluorescent lamps. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp is provided with a translucent discharge container 1 consisting of a soft glass containing a minute amount of tin (Sn), a fluorescent material layer 3 arranged almost all over the inner face side of the translucent discharge container 1, a pair of electrodes 4, 4 arranged so that the discharge is generated inside the translucent discharge container 1, and a discharge medium encapsulated inside the translucent discharge container 1. For the soft glass, the recycled glass manufactured by mixing and melting the glass collected from a wasted rapid start fluorescent lamp as a cullet with a raw material, can be used. The fluorescent material layer 3 may be formed to the inner surface side of the translucent discharge container 1 on the inner face of which, translucent conductive film 2 consisting mainly of tin oxide is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
