<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit counter capable of shortening the program operation time in a program operation and to provide a program circuit and program method of a semiconductor device using the bit counter. <P>SOLUTION: The bit counter is provided with: many clock generation parts which correspond to inputted program data, are synchronized only by program data among the program data, and generates mutually different clock signals; and a counter which is synchronized with the clock signals outputted from the clock generation parts, successively shifts input data at the time of synchronization and counts the number of bits of the program data to be programmed among the program data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
