<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct selling activities by setting evaluation indexes for every salesperson in charge and evaluating quantitatively respective selling activities of each salesperson in charge by using the set evaluation indexes. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 10 which has an evaluation item setting means 10a and an evaluation index setting means 10b, is connected to a terminal device 21 used by the salesperson in charge via a network 1, and can access to a selling information DB (database) 11 with stored selling information including result data regarding to a business discussion and/or selling activity input from the salesperson in charge stored therein and to an individual information DB 12 with individual information regarding to the selling activity registered therein. The server 10 which sets evaluation items regarding to the business discussion and/or the selling activity for every salesperson in charge, sets the evaluation items at every salesperson in charge against the set evaluation items based on the result data stored into the information DB 11 and the individual information registered in the information DB 12, and transmits an evaluation result to which the evaluation indexes are set to the terminal device 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
