VALUE LOGICAL SYSTEM FOR COLLECTING, PROCESSING, STORING AND DISTRIBUTING KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making simultaneous objective appraisals of upgrading of specified knowledge and information of many persons and storing and distributing appraised details in time series.

SOLUTION: Registered user terminals and the system simultaneously transmit and receive specified knowledge and information via communication lines, and data are collected, processed and stored in registered user databases. Databases related to the specified knowledge and information are made updatable at any time via the registered user terminals or by manual actuation and have scalability according to application and the system provides objective time-series databases by browsing data browsed via browsing user terminals. The following advantages are acquired; (1) neutrality and objectivity to acquisition of knowledge and information by interposition of a third party, (2) simultaneous verification and investigation of specified knowledge and information to many persons, (3) time-series long-term storage of data, (4) reliable transmission of stated knowledge and information and storage of its history.
