<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate addition and deletion of an address to a retrieval table for performing routing of a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: This address retrieval device 310 is constituted of: a retrieval table 311 having tables of each hierarchy of divided bit strings; a divided bit string retrieval block 312; an output destination sorting information acquisition block 314 which acquires information for sorting data signals on the basis of retrieval result information 313 obtained from the divided bit string retrieval block 312; and an output destination sorting information table 315. An IP (Internet protocol) address 316 is sequentially broken down into the divided bit strings at a plurality of hierarchies and the output destination sorting information is read by the combination of the retrieval table 311 of a hierarchy to be a bit string which is uniquely determined from the head and the divided bit string at that time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
