PURPOSE: A U-shaped distributing pipe for a road construction is provided to reinforce weak points of a PE(Polyethylene) spiral pipe, to improve productivity and economical efficiency by reinforcing the strength, and to easily discharge water of a layer at a swampy land or the leaking region of underground water. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped distributing pipe for a road construction is composed of U-shaped outer sides(6) arranged to U-shaped inner sides(4) at regular intervals; cement mortar input ports(5) formed at both ends of the inner and outer sides; and recessed holes(2) spirally wound and bent at the predetermined depth at the outer side and intermittently jointed by the inner side and a jointing point(3). Other recessed hole intermittently passes through the inner side to form a perforated hole(3').
