Disclosed is a dual-layer fine adjustment mechanism which may adjust vertical movement, said mechanism comprising a rotary disc A (1), a rotary disc B (2), a rotary shaft (9) and a fixed disc (5), the rotary disc A (1) and the rotary disc B (2) being mounted on the rotary shaft (9), the fixed disc (5) being located above the rotary disc B (2), several drive columns A (13) being arranged on the rotary disc A (1), horizontal fine adjustment blocks A (10) being mounted above the drive columns A (13), bottom portions of the horizontal fine adjustment blocks A (10) being provided with inclined grooves, the drive columns A (13) being mounted within the inclined grooves, several drive columns B (3) being arranged on the rotary disc B (2), horizontal fine adjustment blocks B (6) being mounted above the drive columns B (3), bottom portions of the horizontal fine adjustment blocks B (6) being provided with inclined grooves (61), the drive columns B (3) being mounted within the inclined grooves (61). The advantageous effect of the present invention is that the rotation of the rotary discs may be conveniently and rapidly adjusted via rotary screws.
