<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire sidewall cutter which is a machine partially cutting (tread, sidewall, bead) by pressing a rotary blade to a sidewall of a tire so as to cut according to the tire of various kinds and sizes, wherein stockpiling, transport, and cost are reduced, with an extremely less occupied space, and the products thus cut are secondarily machined to produce various products, thereby using natural resources effectively. <P>SOLUTION: A tire is provided over two rollers and rotated, and an arm having a rotary blade mounted thereon is taken out and applied to a sidewall of a rotating tire, to cut by pressing it to arbitrary sizes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
