<p>A magnetron which is capable of optimizing a resonance structure by changing the number of vanes (41), the height (VH) of vanes (41), an outer diameter (DC) of a cathode (33) and a diameter (DA) of a working space, the improvements are characterized in that the resonance unit has ten vanes (41) having each height (VH) of 10.5mm< SIMILAR >12.5mm, an outer diameter (DC) of the cathode (33) is 4.0mm< SIMILAR >4.mm, a diameter (DA) of the working space between each symmetrical vane (41) is 9.0mm< SIMILAR >12.0mm to obtain a high frequency output of 1250W< SIMILAR >1500W from an operating voltage of 4.3kV< SIMILAR >4.7kV.</p> |
