<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit configuration, to reduce the number of terminal pins, and to achieve miniaturization and low costs. <P>SOLUTION: In a first optical coupling device; an electric signal from respective terminal pins 11d, 11e is converted to a light signal by a light-emitting diode 12, the light signal is transmitted from the light-emitting diode 12 to a phototransistor 22, the light signal is converted back to the electric signal by the phototransistor 22, and the electric signal is outputted from respective terminal pins 22d, 22e. In a second optical coupling device; the electric signal from the respective terminal pins 22d, 22e is converted to the light signal by a light-emitting diode 23, the light signal is transmitted from the light-emitting diode 23 to a phototransistor 13, the light signal is converted back to the electric signal by the phototransistor 13, and the electric signal is outputted from the respective terminal pins 11d, 11e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
