PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce the outside air to a windward side of a heat exchanger by applying a mounting structure of a duct of high workability. SOLUTION: A wall hole for inserting the duct 14 is formed on a wall face of an air conditioned room, a communication hole 16 corresponding to the wall hole is formed on an installation plate 2, a base hole 17 corresponding to the communication hole 16 is formed on a back face of a base 6 at the windward side of a rear heat exchanger 11, and a duct flange 18 mounted on one end of the duct 14 inserted into the wall hole, is mounted on a peripheral edge of the communication hole 16 with a screw hole 2a. A seal member 20 for sealing the communication hole 16 and the base hole 17 in a communicated state, is mounted between the installation plate 2 and the base 6, and a defuser 23 provided with a small diameter part 21 corresponding to the duct 14 at its one end and a large diameter part 22 at the other end, and integrated with a holding part for holding a refrigerant pipe of the rear heat exchanger 11 on its opening end, is mounted between the base hole 17 and the rear heat exchanger 11.
