SOLUTION: In the organic electrolyte solution secondary battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an organic electrolyte solution, The organic electrolyte solution is in a solid state at the temperature of T°C or lower (on condition of T>30), and in a liquid state at the temperature exceeding T°C.
