PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and display a proper video image when taking in a camera image of a vehicle traveling forward and displaying the camera image on a monitor screen by an inter-vehicle communication device, and to select a proper bypass route when receiving the bypass information from other vehicle in an accident or the like. SOLUTION: When taking in the camera image of the vehicle traveling forward and displaying the camera image inside a network of the inter-vehicle communication, a vehicle close to a crossing in front of a camera-mounted vehicle is detected in each branch route unit by a branch route unit division part 13, a camera-mounted vehicle detection part 14 and a vehicle selection part 15, and the plurality of camera images of the vehicle are displayed on one screen. When a user wish to see ahead of the image, the image of the branch point unit is scrolled and displayed. When the bypass calculated by one's own vehicle is set such that the bypass is located at the rear of the branch point unit where the bypass transmission vehicle is positioned and that the bypass goes away from the traveling route in receiving the bypass from the other vehicle and when one's own vehicle also calculates the bypass, the bypass calculated by one's own vehicle is selected, and travelling on the bypass is executed.
