PURPOSE: A structure of a seat belt buckle in the seat next to a driver for a recreational vehicle is provided to fully fold a seat back forward without the interference with the buckle. CONSTITUTION: A buckle supporter(7) is movably coupled to a bolt installed at one side of a seat cushion(9). A buckle(1) is connected to one end of the buckle supporter. A spur gear(3) is formed at the side of the buckle supporter. A long hole(5) is formed at the buckle supporter. A movable gear is installed at the seat cushion, and is engaged with the spur gear. A driving gear(19) is installed at a seat back(17) by a driven gear. The movable gear is connected to the driving gear by a belt(21).
