TONER, IMAGE FORMING METHOD, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which permits high-speed fixing by using a heat fixing system and has sufficient fixability without causing high-temperature offset or low-temperature offset, and to provide an image forming method and image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The toner is used for the image forming method having a fixing step of passing a recording material supporting an unfixed toner image through a fixing nip section formed by a metallic sleeve for heating and a pressing member when both are brought into pressed contact with each other, thereby fixing the unfixed toner image onto the recording material. The toner contains at least a binder resin, colorant and wax. The maximum endothermic peak obtained by measurement using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) ranges from 60 to 135°C, a temperature at which a loss modulus of elasticity G" indicates a value of 3×104Pa is 90 to 115°C; a temperature at which the loss modulus of elasticity G" indicates a value of 2×104Pa is 95 to 120°C; and a temperature at which the loss modulus of elasticity G" indicates a value of 1×104Pa is 105 to 135°C.
