PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner causing no resonance of noises near bottom surface of a compressor and permitting co-using of the base. SOLUTION: A butyl rubber interval adjusting member 7 separable from the compressor and the base 3 is arranged between the base 3 and the bottom surface of the compressor 1. The interval adjusting member 7 is restrained of large moves by vibration control rubbers 5, 5, 5 and prevented from falling out from between the base 3 and the compressor 1.
