PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving blade improved in yield and reduced in cost by optimizing an abrasive coating range, and to provide a coating method thereof. SOLUTION: Abrasive coating 7 and 8 are performed to a corner part of the moving blades 1 and 3 in the rotation progressing direction or a surface thereof in the rotation progressing direction. The moving blades 1 and 3 and a discharge electrode 9 are dipped in the working liquid, and the discharge electrode 9 is provided near the corner part of the moving blade in the rotation progressing direction or the surface thereof in the rotation progressing direction, and discharge is generated between them to perform the abrasive coating 7 and 8 to only the corner part of the moving blade in the rotation progressing direction.
