PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously and easily manufacturing a pressure container by dispensing with helical winding and eliminating the labor of the fixing work for fixing the end part of a fiber bundle accompanied by the replacement of a liner. SOLUTION: Liners 15, each of which has dome parts 15b on both sides of a body part 15a and also has caps 15c at the centers of the dome parts 15b, are connected in series and moved linearly. A plurality of fiber bundle arranging units 14 are arranged to the moving route of the liners 15 at a predetermined interval and axially arranged fiber bundles 21 corresponding to one layer are supplied to the liners 15 or the peripheries of the resin impregnated fiber bundle layers arranged on the liners 15 from a plurality of the heads of the fiber bundle supply parts 12. Peripheral direction fiber bundles 19 wound at the positions, which correspond to the body parts 15a and caps 15c of the liners, from the axially arranged fiber bundles 21 in such a state that the axially arranged fiber bundles 21 corresponding to one layer are arranged by peripheral direction fiber bundle winding parts 13. Then, a predetermined number of fiber bundle layers are laminated on the outsides of the liners 15 at a point of time when the liners 15 pass through the fiber bundle arranging units 14.
