An apparatus, that contains at least one enclosed work-space is used to create a vacuum by making use of the vapor (or steam) of a suitably chosen compound. Vacuum is established when the system is cooled, and the vapor charge condenses. Initially, the vapor is used to free the apparatus from any oxygen present. An independent claim is included for an apparatus for use in the above method. The enclosed space/s is/are connected to a feed-pipe complete with a steam-generator and a steam-valve. The equipment also contains a steam outlet pipe and a combined shutting off unit, that is associated with a heat sensing air-outlet device, as well as a vacuum dosing-valve, followed by reverse-mounted pressure reducing valve arrangement. |
