PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical treatment method and treatment apparatus by which treatment amount per unit volume can sufficiently be increased. SOLUTION: The microchemical treatment apparatus 1 has an approximately flat plate-laminated structure and is provided with a hollow casing 2, an approximately flat solid electrolytic substance 3 having permselectivity of an object substance B to be treated and installed as a flow channel wall in the casing 2, a flow channel 4 formed in one side sandwitching the solid electrolytic substance 3 and into which an object substance A to be treated is introduced, a flow channel 5 formed on the other side and into which the object substance B is introduced, and a variable electric power source 6 for variably applying prescribed voltage to the solid electrolytic substance 3.
