PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner device for preventing an accident such as the drop of a door panel. SOLUTION: The runner device 1 is composed of a traveling part 2 traveling in a rail R, a support shaft 3 having an upper end supported by this traveling part 2, a housing 4 supported by a lower part of the support shaft 3, and an installing member 5 for detachably installing the housing 4. The installing member 5 is fixed to the innermost side surface and the under surface of a housing recess P3 formed in a crossing part of the upper surface P1 and the left side surface P2 of the door panel P. A locking mechanism 6 is arranged between an inside lower part of the housing 4 and the tip of a horizontal part 52 of the installing member 5 for preventing the housing 4 from separately moving from a vertical part 51 along the horizontal part 52 of the installing member 5. A shielding wall part 41 is arranged at the left side of the housing 4 for shielding a locking piece 61 of the locking mechanism 6 to a left side outer part.
