PURPOSE: A method for optimizing the humidification of hydrogen and oxygen injected into a fuel cell stack is provided, to allow gases injected into a fuel cell stack to be humidified actively and suitably by adding a simple algorithm to the already-known external humidification method. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell stack(10) is connected a humidifier(11) and a motor controller(12), wherein the motor controller is connected with a motor(13) and a controller(14) and the controller is connected with the humidifier and an accelerating pedal(15). In the fuel cell stack, the controller supplies hydrogen and oxygen to the fuel cell stack when the accelerating pedal is pedaled, the humidifier controls the humidifying amount and the motor controller controls the power supplied into the motor. The method comprises the steps of inputting a stack need output to check whether it is equal to the previous output; spraying a humidifier if it is equal to the previous output, or injecting a suitable amount of hydrogen and oxygen, calculating a suitable humidification amount, setting t=0 and spraying a humidifier if not; and monitoring the stack voltage between a motor controller and a fuel cell stack and checking whether the stack voltage is fallen or the variation of cell voltage is generated, and increasing the spraying amount by t=t+1 and spraying a humidifier if the stack voltage is fallen or the variation of cell voltage is generated, or checking whether t=0 and decreasing the spraying amount or re-inputting the stack need output and repeating the previous steps if not. |
