<p>PURPOSE: A power supply control method, a current-voltage conversion circuit and an electronic apparatus are provided to allow standby power to be maintained at zero when the electronic apparatus is in a standby state or stopped state. CONSTITUTION: A power supply control method comprises a step of stopping power supply to a transformer when the output side of a current-voltage conversion circuit is in a no-load state; and a step of starting power supply to the transformer when a voltage is applied from an external source to the output side of the current-voltage conversion circuit. A current-voltage conversion circuit comprises an input unit for inputting power; a transformer for converting the input power into an output power; an output unit for outputting power; a first circuit for converting the current-voltage conversion circuit into an inactive state by stopping power supply to the transformer when the output unit is in a no-load state; and a second circuit for converting the current-voltage conversion circuit into an active state by starting power supply to the transformer when power is applied from an external source to the output unit.</p> |
