<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems in computerizing proposal/approval office work of administrative documents for realizing an electronic autonomy wherein office work cannot be efficiently carried out without work experience since one must sequentially handle a plurality of pieces of paperwork for several days with respect to one work scene (for example, buying commodities), progress management of individual work is difficult since a person in charge normally carries out a plurality of pieces of paperwork in parallel at the same time, and a high level of security is required in an electronic approval system. <P>SOLUTION: A work model which can be referred in accordance with a work scene is prepared beforehand for reference. A listing function is provided for checking progress statuses of a plurality of paperwork groups any time. Personnel identifications are changed to IC cards, and an electronic approval authentication system linked with personnel files is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
