PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain efficient data distribution topology control by a certain specific member node on a network based on connections established between mutually adjacent nodes.

SOLUTION: Fig. (a) shows a data distribution topology before optimized in a network system for executing communication based on connections established between adjacent nodes. A control node in this drawing collects a data distribution topology of its group and optimizes the topology. It extracts the adjacent member information of each member node from the optimized topology information and informs associated member nodes of the information. The member node, when receiving the changed adjacent member information, changes adjacent members according to the information. As shown in Fig. (b), a distribution cost is reduced and an optimized data distribution topology is provided.
