FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carburetors of internal combustion engines. Proposed needle valve consists of body in which seat is made in form of edge of cylindrical inlet hole against which flexible washer thrust by its end face. Said washer is fitted on needle cone provided with longitudinal slots on generating cylindrical surface. Boss is made on end of cone whose diameter is greater than inner diameter of flexible washer, but smaller than diameter of cylindrical inlet hole body. Second flexible washer is fitted on needle cone whose rigidly is less than that of first washer. Second washer is installed from side of boss on needle cone end. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of needle valve, reduced fuel consumption. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
