PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency with which a liquid mixture to be separated into an aqueous solution and an oil is separated into the aqueous solution and the oil, by securing the time required for separating newly introduced liquid mixture into the aqueous solution and the oil without agitating the liquid mixture.SOLUTION: An oil excepter 1 is provided with: an oil water separating tank 40 which separates a waste liquid supernatant L2 (liquid mixture) into a coolant liquid L4 (aqueous solution) and an oil content L3 floating on the coolant liquid L4 through a specific gravity difference between the coolant liquid L4 and the oil content L3, collects the oil content L3 into an oil collection tube 42A, and collects the coolant liquid L4 into a coolant liquid collecting tube 43A (aqueous solution collecting tube) below the oil collection tube 42A; a liquid mixture introducing tube 20 for introducing a stored waste liquid supernatant L2 into the oil water separating tank 40; and an execution unit 30 for intermittently executing the introduction of the waste liquid supernatant L2 by the liquid mixture introducing tube 20. |
