PURPOSE: A rod installed with a vacuum cup is moved without applying moment to each member, and leakage of lubricant is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A forward vacuum cup(23) and a backward vacuum cup(24) connected to a vacuum pump are installed to a forward rod and a backward rod. A driving link is connected to a main pivoting shaft and the forward rod. A protruding portion is formed in upper end of the driving link. A driven link is connected to a main driven shaft and the backward rod. A middle link is connected hingedly to the protruding portion of the driving link and the driven link.
