MOVING PICTURE ENCODING METHOD AND MOVING PICTURE DECODING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an encoding efficiency by improving a prediction efficiency of particularly a color difference component in encoding between different field images.

SOLUTION: A production method of a motion vector of a color difference component is adaptively switched on the basis of parities of a reference source field and a reference destination field and information denoting a sampling positional relation of pixels of luminance and color difference in a Top field and a Bottom field in the case of predicting inter-fields with different parities.
