<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive ink which is capable of maintaining its low viscosity for a long time and carrying out the desired drying treatment of the coating film under a drying condition of a low temperature / a short time, and to provide a laminated ceramic electronic component manufactured by using the conductive ink. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive ink for a gravure printing comprises a powdered base metal material, such as Ni or Cu, an organic vehicle (for example, solvent:resin=9:1), and a dispersant, such as a polymeric dispersant, in addition 0.5-5.0 wt.% of amines containing at least one or more of tertiary amines having a boiling point not higher than 200°C. It is able to prevent the ceramic sheet from being delaminated from the base film and the base film from being stretched even when applying the gravure printing to the ceramic sheet on the base film using the conductive ink for a gravure printing and drying the printed coating film under a drying condition of drying temperature lower than 100°C and drying time of 15 second or less. The laminated ceramic electronic component is a laminated ceramic electronic component in which an inner conductor is buried in a sintered ceramic body and wherein the inner conductor is formed by using the conductive ink for a gravure printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
