PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power supply device and a wireless power transmission system that drastically suppress leakage of electromagnetic noise at the time of wireless power transmission.SOLUTION: A wireless power supply device 100 comprises: a power supply coil unit 130 including a power supply coil 131 that receives power from a power source 110 to generate an AC magnetic field; and an electromagnetic shield dome 140 disposed so as to cover the power supply coil unit 130's surroundings. The electromagnetic shield dome 140 includes: a bottom part 141 on which the power supply coil unit 130 is disposed; side wall parts 142 (first to fourth side wall parts 143, 144, 145, 146) erected along the outer edge of the bottom part 141; and a lid part 147 opposing the bottom part 141 so as to interpose the power supply coil unit 130 between the lid part and the bottom part.
