PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a cable that is applicable without being affected by a material used for the cable, has high strength, and can be obtained through simple work less affected by external factors such as an atmospheric temperature.SOLUTION: A cap member 2, an annular member 3, a seal member 4, and a case member 5 are inserted onto a cable sheath 1a, and after a tubular member is pressed and fixed onto the cable sheath, the annular member and the seal member are accommodated by the cap member and the case member so that the seal member abuts on the annular member.
