PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zipper, a bag with the zipper, and a manufacturing method for the same, which improve the manufacturing efficiency of the bag without interposing a heat resistant member between zipper tapes upon fitting the zipper to the bag. SOLUTION: The zipper comprises the heat-weldable first zipper tape 1 having a zipping part 3 formed longitudinally, and the heat-weldable second zipper tape 2 having a zipped part 4 engaged with the zipping part 3 longitudinally. On the counter surfaces of the first zipper tape 1 and the second zipper tape 2, heat resistant layers 5, 6 are formed, respectively, where the heat resistant layers 5, 6 are heat resistant coating agents applied to the first and second zipper tapes, respectively. On the bag with the zipper, the first zipper tape 1 is welded to the interior surface of the opening of a bag body, while the second zipper tape 2 is heat welded to the position that is counter to the first zipper tape 1 at the interior of the opening.
