PURPOSE: A green sheet punching device is provided to form small and long holes in a green sheet by using a punching unit of which length matches with the length of a punching stroke. CONSTITUTION: A green sheet punching device comprises a receiving unit having a planar receiving surface for a ceramic substrate(32) and having holes(7), a die(8) placed on the punched holes and having a shaft(15) and an operating unit(23), a drive unit connected to the die to move a punching unit(26) inside and outside the punched holes, and a die guide unit extending with the shaft and guiding the die along the shaft.
