<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a property not causing a transfer to a water repellent film itself for making the works of pasting the film or applying a surfactant unnecessary so as not to increase the number of man hour and environmental load. <P>SOLUTION: This non-transferrable water repellent film is formed by using a liquid composition within a composition range consisting of (A) 0.05-0.20 mass % (based on silica) of silicon alkoxide or its hydrolysate, (B) 0.001-0.003 mass % (based on silica) of fluoroalkyl group-containing silane compound, (C) (0.01-0.30)/acid equivalent mol/L acid, (D) 0.5-2.0 mass % of water and (E) rest of an alcoholic solvent, so as not to cause the transfer of the water repelling component through a handling tool making a contact with the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
