摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize less coupling loss and high density of an optical circuit board by improving position precision on an optical element and a photoelectric converting element of an optical wiring part. SOLUTION: After substrate material is completed (S1), the position of a waveguide and the position of a land where the photoelectric converting element is mounted are measured (S2). The position of a light receiving and emitting surfaces of the element is calculated from the position of the land where the photoelectric converting element is mounted and on the basis of those measurement result and calculation result, a reflecting mirror and a coupling lens are formed (S3) according to an indication from a control means B as to a shape including the formation positions of the reflecting mirror and coupling lens and their tilt angles and surface curvatures. According to the measurement result A, the formation position and surface angle of the reflecting mirror and the formation position and curvature of the coupling lens are optimized.
