PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling prevention sheet for an electromagnetic cooker having superior transparency, superior in water resistance and oil resistance characteristics, and also superior in heat resistance characteristics against exothermic temperature by the electromagnetic cooker. SOLUTION: This fouling prevention sheet for the electromagnetic cooker has a sheet surface formed by one or more kinds of resin at least selected from among silicone resin, fluorocarbon resin and polyimide, and is composed of a sheet having an opacity of 70% or less and having water resistant/oil resistant characteristics.
