PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper equipped with a bracket designed to keep the sufficient strength even without increasing the weight by making the wall thickness of the bracket large. SOLUTION: An elastic body 2 with a set bolt 5 and a stopper 4 for connecting one of a vibration generating section and a vibration receiving section is installed in a cylindrical holder 1, and a cylindrical support foot 7 with the higher height than that of the holder 1 is firmly fixed in both sides of the holder 1. The upper face 9 of the support foot with a bolt hole 8 is equipped to the upper face of this support foot 7. A regulating plate 12 forming the hole corresponding to the bolt hole 8 of the upper face section 9 of the support foot is installed among these upper face sections 9 of the support foot, and the underface 11 of the support foot equipped with the bolt hole 10 is installed also to an under face of the support foot 7. A long size bolt 13 is inserted unitedly through the upper face section, the under face sections 9, 11 of these support foots and the bolt hole 8, 10 of the stopper 4 in order to connect the vibration generating section and the other part of the vibration receiving section.
