PURPOSE: A winding device is provided to easily store wires by using a cylindrical barrel instead of a bobbin or a coil. CONSTITUTION: A wire supplier supplies a wire by driving through a motor. A nozzle discharges the supplied wire. An eccentric moving device(40) supports the nozzle and moves the nozzle eccentrically. A barrel(60) loads the discharged wire therein installed under the eccentric moving device. Thereby, the management and the storage of the wires are easy by loading with the barrel in a warehouse without an additional binding operation.
