PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical parts which reduce reflection at the boundary of optical parts whose refractive indexes are different from each other over wide wavelength band and do not need preventing measures for reflection return light such as formation of a slant plane or the like, in the optical parts which are provided with at least structure in which light emitted from one surface of an optical member is made incident on a light incident plane of an optical element and in which a refractive index at a surface emitting light of the optical member and a refractive index at the light incident plane of the optical element are different from each other. SOLUTION: A joined member is held between the surface emitting light of the optical member and the light incident plane of an optical element opposing to it. A refractive index in a surface in contact with the optical element of this joined member is selected so as to be almost equal to a refractive index at the light incident plane of the optical element. Also, a surface at which the optical member is brought into contact with the joined member is fused, and the refractive index of the fused part is continuously varied from the optical member to the joined member.
