Indicated cellular line is able for transfection of nucleic acid sequence that encodes tyrosine hydroxylase and able for producing and secretion of dopamine. Invention claims also transplantable composition comprising cells from cellular line that are incapsulated using membrane made of alginate gel that is impermeable for antibodies.
