PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat track, which makes it possible to reduce costs and assembling manhours, and to secure a wider space at the feet of an occupant at the rear seat. SOLUTION: The seat track comprises an upper rail 111 which is an integral form of an outer side upper rail and an inner side upper rail. The outer side lower rail 103 has an outer/inner direction prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail 111 moving in one of outer/inner directions, an upper direction move prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail 111 moving in the upper direction, and a lower direction move prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail 111 moving in the lower direction. The inner side lower rail 105 has an outer/inner direction prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail 111 moving in the other one of outer/inner directions, an upper direction move prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail 111 moving in the upper direction, and a lower direction move prohibiting part which prohibits the upper rail moving in the lower direction.
