PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system including a non-invasive structure for injecting a test jitter into a data bit stream, and a method thereof. SOLUTION: The jitter injection method includes a process of modulating first and second voltage generators to control the rise time and the fall time of an output signal. A pair of input voltages are received by a differential couple. At least one current absorbing apparatus operates using a first control voltage provided by at least one voltage generator to provide an output voltage corresponding to the input voltage received by the differential couple. A plurality of current sources use a reference voltage supplied by one of the voltage generators in accordance with the input voltage received by the differential couple to provide an output signal, and operate so that the output signal and the jitter outputted by the current absorbing apparatus and the current sources are determined by fluctuation in the rise time and the fall time that occurs simultaneously with the input voltage.
