PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized waveguide type filter which can be easily adapted to a microstrip circuit. SOLUTION: The waveguide filter is composed of at least three mutually connected resonant cavity 14-19. The waveguide filter is connected to the microstrip circuit which is provided on a substrate 10. At least one cavity 14, 15, 18, 19 is located on one side of the substrate 10 and at least one other cavity 16, 17 is located on the other side of the substrate 10.
