PURPOSE: An antenna switch module, an integrated communication module, a communication device and a method for fabricating the antenna switch module are provided to prevent a capacitor from being damaged although a high voltage signal flows therein and prevent the degradation of radio frequency characteristics. CONSTITUTION: An antenna switch module(30) includes a dielectric stacked body(31) obtained by stacking a plurality of dielectric layers and firing them to one body, and a switching semiconductor chip(32) and a logic semiconductor chip(33) mounted at an upper surface of the dielectric stacked body(31). An electrode pattern is formed at the upper surface, a lower surface and inside of the dielectric stacked body(31). The upper surface of the dielectric stacked body(31) is sealed with a resin(34).
